In this chapter, we learn that Shu is the one who puts the present at the door of her house in the morning, and that she is hiding it because she is afraid of what will happen if she does not pay attention to him. Shu is upset because she has lost her manners, and she wants to find a new way to become her friend. She tells us that when she first met her, she did not know that she was her friend, because she had exposed some of her hair and she has the most unique color of the whole school. She asks Shu to stop searching for ways to make friends without disrupting her studies, and suggests that they go shopping together, sleep together, and go traveling together.
