About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that Hiyori is dying, and that her son, Yaboku, is trying to save her. He tells his son that his only purpose in life is to "culminate humanity" , but that the "nature of the master" and the "attributes of the spirit" are still "commensurable into a all-weap ons" . He also tells him that his father is a "loser" and that he would have killed him if he had known about the storm. Yose, however, does not believe that his son is the enemy. He says that he knows that the storm is just like the storm that killed ebisu, and he is sure that Yose's father is also the enemy, but he does not know why Yose stopped him. He asks Yose if he knows why he stopped him, and Yose replies that he did not, because he knew Yose was not the enemy and he was on the roof of the hospital, where his son was waiting for him
