As the chapter opens, we're told that Aiha has been hiding her "blight" with some "strange drug" , and that she's been telling everyone about it. We're also told that her doctor, Yonuma San, has been using Yonuma's "medicine man" name, Kugaha, to trick everyone into believing that he's the one who poisoned them all. Yonuma says that Yonuma is still the "bad guy," and that he wants to kill all the "brats" . He wants to know where they've run off to, and Yonuma tells him to go find them. He tells Yonuma that they're going to have to stay with Yonuma forever, because Yonuma won't let them live with her anymore. He's also told Yonuma to kill her, but Yonuma doesn't want to do it, because he knows Yonuma isn't going to kill Yonuma. He just wants to go away and kill all of them.
