Hiroyuki is going to take care of him, too, because he thinks that his dad would love him taking care of his mother. Okay, Hiroyuki, we're not sure what you're talking about. We're just guessing, but Hiroyuki tells us that when he was little, he used to say that he wanted to become a doctor, but then he realized that he didn't really want to be the doctor because his dad was making him kill people and carving masks. So, he decides that he wants to be a quack at the family hospital. He wants his money back, but he doesn't know why his dad is making him do it. He says he'll go after Hiroyuki and make him do what he wants.
