In this chapter, we learn that Tommo is still in love with Toji, and that he has been trying to get Toji to come back to him. Tommo tells Toji that he loves him even if he doesn't love him back, and Toji tells him that he's a "sex buddy" . To make matters worse, Tommo says that if Tommo breaks up with him, he'll be "hurt even more" , because he loves Tommo so much. He asks Toji what's going on, and he learns that Toji has been "squeezed" by his mom, who's been "just leaving." Tommo realizes that his mom punched him in the guts because he trusted her, and now he wants to get back together with her.
