The next morning, Kiley tries to convince her to let go of Toji, but Kiley refuses to listen to her advice. Kiley tells her that if she hits him again, she'll call the police, and Kiley promises to come back with her. She tells Kiley that she's not in love with Toji anymore, and that she doesn't have to do anything to help him. She also tells her to get a doctor, because she hit her head hard waiting for Toji to come to her. When Kiley asks what she wants to do, she tells him to "just leave me alone" , but when she looks into her room, she feels faint. She wakes up in the middle of the night, and she realizes that it's her birthday, and every year, she has to relive the day. She blames herself for letting momo go alone, and says that she feels like a "rap sheet" . She's so angry that she can't bear to look at her, so she leaves her alone.
