The narrator tells us that he's going to tell Tomohashi how he feels about him. He doesn't know if he'd be a good girlfriend for him, but he does know that he can't really do much of anything. He's a "sulfur bus" , he says, and that's why he loves him so much. He says he'll take him out for a walk.
