The Governess thanks the girls for coming to the meeting room. She tells them that the other day she had a student come to her for advice and she realized that there were only three of them. She decided that they should all come together and think about how they could help each other. She says that she would bet that no other school in the world has as many girls as the Governess does. She wants everyone to be there to hear this idea and to think about it. She asks the girls if they have gotten hugs from each other, and they all agree that they have. She then asks them if they would like to have one more hug. They all say yes, and she says she understands that they are not always comfortable with being a woman in the snow, but she does think that no one is going to force them to talk about this. She promises that she will be able to talk to her about who she is and how she can help her. She also says that her chest has been pressed against him.
