"I'm still just a kid sorry" , the narrator tells us. He's not the only one who's been feeling sorry for his friend. Someone has called to say that he's being a jerk to his friend ishihara. The narrator doesn't know what to say, so he tells the girl that she's overreacting. He also tells her that if she and her parents end up having kids together, it'll be like her parents' situation. He tells her to trust him more, because he'll take care of her if she needs anything. The girl is upset, but the narrator reassures her that it's okay, because she'll figure out a way to make it work.
