"Who is pure, honest, loves his sis, ter, and doesnt have any lust towards the opposite sex?" is the title of this chapter. It's clear from the beginning that this chapter is all about who is "pure," "honest," "loves his sis," and "doesn't have a lust toward the other sex" . We learn that "pure" means that the guy loves his sister, and "honest" means he loves the girl he's in love with. We also learn that he doesn't "have any lust" toward "the opposite sex" because he can't cough just like that to his sister. He coughs "just like that" to her, and she would feel "horri ble" if he coughed that way to her. So, "you're coughing a guy who has no dirty thoughts about a girl he loves ?" Translation: "I'm not going to have sex with you because I'm afraid you'll think that I don't love you back." The narrator tells us that this is the first time we've heard anyone say this, and we're not sure if it's true or not. The narrator says that he'll bring the two of them along to eat ramen and eggs. He's going to try to avoid the "conversations from now on" with his sister because he hasn't had any luck in the past with girls. He says he won't be able to "shake sin shake" because she's "got big boobs" , and he'd have to "avoid these conversations" because "I have no clue" what to do with a girl.
