He asks the narrator if he can accompany him to school, but the narrator is too tired to do so. He says that he is sorry that he cannot accompany him, but that he must go to school to cram for class. He worries that the school is too expensive for him to pay for the course, and worries that chan is not worried about romance as he is. He also wonders if the other girl, ishihara, is with him. She has gone out with someone else, and the narrator wonders if that is the case. He thinks that she is with another guy, but he wonders if it is the same guy who has visited her before. He knows that she has already met him before, and thinks that they will be able to get along without being awkward with each other. He wishes that they could go out together, but wonders why they waited so long to do this. He feels sure that they would fall in love one day, and is sure that he confirmed it with her. He hopes that they can meet their parents tomorrow,
