In this chapter, the monster awakens from his sleep to find that he has been awakened by a demon king. The monster tells the king that he is not human, and that his death was caused by the monster's "monstrous energy." The monster asks the king how he died, and the king explains that the energy of the monster can create a sense of the energy being able to win without a struggle. The energy can create "a great sense" the energy can "win without a fight." The king tells the monster that he will not protect the girl he loves. The girl is kidnapped by a "monster general," and the monster soldiers are unable to protect her because she is a "soft girl." The girl seems to have overcome the "monster energy" and is now able to "please men."
