The ninth prince tells the emperor that he will spare the doctor's call for the ninth prince. The emperor tells the prince that he must open the heaven-worshipping stone the next day so that the strongest dragon will become the new emperor. The prince then tells the crowd that he is the new crown prince because he attracts the most dragon energy. He asks the crowd to tell the world who his sons are and who the crown prince is. He then tells them that the feng family and the father have exonerated him of being a dragon. He says that since he attracted the most energy of the dragon energy, he is now the prince. He tells the people that the black-flood dragon is trying to punish feng. The black flood dragon says that it wants to kill feng, but that does not mean that feng is not a dragon, because his life and death will be at stake. The dragon then asks the prince to join hands with him to eliminate feng.
