In this chapter, we learn that the third prince of the Ming family, feng yichen, has dumped his wife, and has turned his property over to other clans. He has also alienated himself from the family, which is why the Mings are no match for his clan. The third prince is a womanizer, so he cannot leave the family. The woman in question, however, has a hidden agenda.
