The scene opens with a loud bang. It's the voice of Yufeifan, who's trying to get lost. He's heard that his rival, the space master, is a cheater. He wants to fight him in a fight, but he can't find his way out of his hiding place. He tells himself that he's a cheater, too, and that he sold his body to the master for the privilege of fighting in the space court. This is the first time that he has heard this, and he wants to make sure that he doesn't repeat it. He also wants to know why the old servant is trying to insult his wife. The old servant, he tells himself, is the one who tried to kill him. He says that he heard the master say that he had the nerve to kill the old man, but that's not his fault. He asks his wife to hold her head up so that he can wash his hands. She says that she's willing to do whatever it takes to avoid trouble, but it's better to avoid the trouble than to get into trouble. She tells him to turn back, and then he tells her that he won't let the fight go on if something is wrong with her, but if it is something else, he'll just let it go. The scene ends with the sound of a thud.
