In this chapter, we learn that Jim has invited a bunch of people over to his house because he wants to apologize to Yonju for the mess he's made in his life. He's not the only one who's been invited to the party, though, and he apologizes profusely to the other guests. He also apologizes to the team leader, who has also been invited. The team leader admits that he didn't realize that Yonju's party was going to be a mess, and that he'd been asked to reprimand the three people who were in the middle of the party. He apologizes for being so inconsiderate, but he also admits that it's his fault that he invited the party in the first place. He says that he was also too drunk to notice that the party was being hosted by Yonju and her friends. He admits that, as a result, both of his offices became a "mess" because of Yonju. He blames himself for being too drunk, and says that, since Yonju is now in a relationship with someone else, she has become boring. This is the first time that he has seen the two of them together, and it makes him even more excited to see them together.
