He asks for a "crazy discount" on the price, and Su says that he's been talking to him all along about the price. He's still asking for a price that's way too high, and he doesn't think it's appropriate for him to be asking for such a low price. Su says, "I'm inexperienced" , and that he has been looking for him for so long, so why is he here now? The whole thing is just a conflict between people, and the land is just one more piece of property that they need to build an "integrated factory" on.
