In this short scene, Bai Dong, a student in the school's music department, confronts the teacher, Mr. Jin, who is teaching a general music class. The teacher, who does not want to be identified by his first name, tries to explain that he only cares about the students in the class and that he does not take into account the feelings of the students who do not attend class. He also tries to convince the student that he is not afraid of competition in the music department and that his first position in the piano competition is not in jeopardy. The student, however, is afraid of losing first place to someone who is better than him.
