The step-brother asks his older brother if he's going to see the second prince again. The older brother says that his mother has told him not to get close to him, and that he used to play with him, but that he can't anymore because his mom told him to stay away from bad kids. He asks if he did something wrong, and his mother says that it's okay not to know, so he can play with the other kids. When the older brother asks his mother why she's not helping him with the chores, she says that she'll accompany him to the other prince's house when she has the time.
