In this chapter, we learn that Mr. Harker is planning to throw a birthday party for his son, but that no one will show up to celebrate the boy's 11th birthday. The party will be held at a school in the town of bintilan, which is not far from Harker's home. The boy complains to his father that he has been invited to the party but that he will not be able to attend because he is a "dirty manga artist" . He also complains about the fact that the party is being held in the middle of the school day, which means that many of the students will be out of class during the party. The boys also complain about the number of people that they have invited, but their father assures them that they are welcome to attend the party as long as they show up.
