In this chapter, we learn that Hirokazu's creator, Goto, has been working on a new series of stories with a cast of 15 characters. The story will be set during the Rugby World Cup, which will be held in Japan in the summer of this year. The characters will consist of five players and three court ladies, and the story will have little to no movement. The creator wonders if he will be able to draw a story with only five characters, and he wonders if there will be enough characters to make the story stand out. He wonders if the director of the new series is a "hitman" , a hired assassin, and wonders if Goto is in either of these jobs. He concludes that the director fleeces the people of Japan by inviting them to his house, and that he is nothing more than a "crack hitman"
