In this chapter, Volger continues his motherly advice to his readers. He tells them that they should use up all of their unused stock before starting any new work. He suggests that they draw their own manga instead of buying all of the "popular mom characters" . He also tells them to thank their mothers for their support. He says that he is not their mother for the popular characters, but for the "certified mother" , an 18th-century judge known for "unconventional decisions."
