About This Chapter
The chapter opens with a discussion between Tosaf and Natsu about the nature of magic. Natsu argues that too much magic can lead to chaos and destruction. He argues that if you think that magic is evil, then why don't you use it? He doesn't want to argue with anyone. Instead, he wants everyone to return to "nothingness" . He says that he's not here to argue, he just wants to be friends. He's just trying to make a point. He points out that strong magic produces black, and that'll be the end of the world as we know it. The white mage tries to stop him, but Natsu shoves steel bindings on him. He tells him that he can't harm anyone else, because they're in the same body. He asks if he was right about the blackness of the body, or if it was because he was the black mage, and if it's because he looks like Touka is out cold. Then he asks if there's any way he can cut off the bond between the two of them. He shows Natsu his sword, which he says he'll use to test out his magic on. The sword is a dragon's blade, and he thinks it'll blow away ash spells.
