In this chapter, we learn that the mages' guild, the magia dragon, was created in the South of the Continent of Guiltina. It was there that the first mage guild was created, and it was here that the stele of the five dragons was discovered. The mages were able to defeat the dragon god aldoron because they were the first guild to find a way to defeat a dragon god, and they were also able to do so because of the fact that they were a dark guild, which means they were hunting dragons. The guild was called the "suzaku" because they believed in hunting dragons, and so they did not believe in the contract forbidding them to tell anyone about the quest. They were also the only guild that was able to kill the dragon gods, and the only one who could do so was diabolos. He was born because he was the only person who could kill the five gods. He is also the one who knows about the 100 year quest, so he is able to tell everyone about it. He apologizes to everyone, but he says that he doesn't care who kills the god, as he is the giver of the quest, and he won't show mercy on anyone who threatens his friends. He tells everyone to take it easy, and says that it would be nice if they could all get along by themselves.
