In this chapter, we learn that the White Mage has been planning a whiteout of the Five Dragon Gods for ten years. She has been using the power of the fairy tail to erase the magic of the gods. The only person who has ever been able to do this is Ursula, who was once under the control of the white Mage, but was set free by Touka. Ursula tells us that she is now planning a "whiteout" of the five dragons. She wants to "dye" them white so that she can "do her bidding" that way. The White Mage is planning to simply kill the gods, but Ursula says that even if they were defeated, they would still be under her control. She says that she will need the help of the other members of the guild if she is to accomplish this task.
