The chapter opens with a description of the battle between the lightning dragon and the white-mage. The lightning dragon is defeated, and the White-mage is defeated as well. The chapter ends with a soliloquy by Touka, in which she tells the story of how she and Natsu came to be. She says that she was afraid that the battle would be lost, but now that she knows how strong she is, she sees that she has no reason to worry about it. She also tells Touka that she is going to win the next battle.
