In this short scene, the fairy tells us that she's been wandering around the forest of swords, trying to find a way to defeat the monster that is Tod in the forest. She finds that there are so many swords that she can't even block them all, and that even at the monster's size, she'll never be able to do so. She's not even sure how to stop the monster, because she can only move so far, and she doesn't know how to finish the job. Suddenly, she sees another sword storm, and it's even bigger and better than the first one. It's like the wind is whipping the swords around, and they're just getting hotter and hotter. The two swordsmen, Tod and Gajeel, run after the monster and try to stop him, but he's too big for them, so they just keep running. Finally, they hear the sound of a cat's voice, and the two men run after it, too. The cat says that he'll protect Tod with his life, and touka with his too, and then they run off to fight the monster
