The narrator tells us that he's in high school with a crush on a girl named chan. He's also in love with her, and they're going to hook up in a hotel lobby. Ooh, that sounds like a good idea, right? But then chan reminds him that the hotel lobby isn't the same as the elevator, so they'll have to stay in a different room. The narrator doesn't like this idea, and he tells chan to get ready to go to bed. He asks if chan is with him, and chan tells him that she's just obeying him. He also tells her that chan used to be a game to him, but now she'll just be another game to her. Worried about what's going to happen to her, the narrator asks chan if she sees through everything, and she says that she does. She also tells him to put his notice in, because she knows chan will always be jealous of her. She's not going to sleep outside, she says. She asks shurikawa if he'll tell her if she can have salmon, but he says no, and then he tells her to get on her hands and knees to beg for food, but she says no. He then tells her she can't eat anyway, because her stomach is making a racket, and the bill is too high for her. He tells her shikakawa and kun might have a lot of money, but for her, it's a different deal. She then asks if there's anything on the news that she can turn it on and turn it off, and so on, and finally she asks if she should go back to the hotel room and dry her jacket, and return it.
