The monster says that if he had known that Roxane was alive, he would have told her about it. He says that he is not interested in talking to a monster because he has no interest in talking. He asks Roxane to look out for him. She tells him that she is wounded, but he says that she asked him to look for him because he was wounded. He then asks her about the details of the attack. She says that it was a job that she did not need to do. He adds that he came three more times because he saw that she was not the type who would die for her. She asks him if he thinks he can beat him. He replies that even though he will die in the seventh hit, he will still resist his death. He prays to God to hear his request and grant him the power to kill Roxane.
