The narrator tells us that the kingdom of Falmuth is known as the "entrance to the west" because it accepts trade with the dwarves and the nation of dwargon. The narrator says that all the other teachers in the kingdom were shocked by the difference in the magical energy between the two kingdoms. He says that he will be returning to the children. He tells the narrator to make sure that he says his "proper good byes" when he returns to the humans. He adds that having relations with the humans will create a "foundation for tempests continued growth" . He also says that if the tempest flourishes, other humans will suffer from its loss of "opportunistic opportuni." The narrator adds that he did not understand politics and nations when he first came to the kingdom. The king of the kingdom, Edmaris Falmuth, wants to know the opinion of the archbishop of Jerusalem on the matter. He asks the narrator if he can arrange for a holy war between the humans and the dwarvens. The two men agree to the idea, and the narrator says he will visit them when he gets a chance.
