Back in the city, Grucius tells Roxane that he's glad Roxane is safe. He also tells her that the harvest festival is over, and that the demon lord Rimuru is now giving out gifts to all the other demons in his lineage. Grucius says that he can't sleep because he has to protect Rimuru. Roxane asks him what's up, and he says it's because Rimuru has become a demon lord. She asks him to go with her to protect Roxane from the other three demons. He doesn't want to worry about them, because they're just his attendants.
