In this short scene, Yoichiro tries to explain why he is always acting weird at school. He tells his friend that the girl he is trying to avoid is the same girl he always avoids because she is "that kind of girl" . When Yoichiro asks if he thinks they are getting along as usual, he says that he may be right, but that he is not sure if she is just being "sides" or if they are "just getting along" as usual. Yoichiro tells him that if he is fine with it, then it is okay, but he is sure that Yoichiro is so easy on the eye to figure out what is going on that he does not want to be involved in it. When he returns home, he is surprised to find that she has given him the pen that she had given him. He wonders if she and her father are the same person.
