In this short scene, the two lovers are interrupted by the sound of a knock at the door. It is the third time the lovers have encountered each other. The first time, the lovers had been alone and the second time they had been in a public place. This time, however, they are in a private room. The lovers are in the middle of a conversation when the door is opened and the lovers are led into the room.
