In this chapter, we learn that the skywatch and the skytrap are two weapons that can be combined to form a single, powerful force. The first weapon is the "measureless ruler" , and the second is "the skytrap ruler." The skywatch ruler can be used to "distract" the people in the room, while the "skytrap ruler" is used to disorient them. In this case, the people are in the church where the "Mother of ghosts" is supposed to be. The "mother of ghosts," as we now know her, is a woman who is the mother of all ghosts. She is the one who created the "ghosts" in the first place, and she is the source of all the "blood demons" that we see in this chapter. We learn that she is also the "mother" of the hundred ghosts that we saw in the previous chapter.
