The voice of the "system papa" is heard, and he tells his son that they are a team, and that he will not leave them before they die. He tells him that his five senses have been paralyzed by poisonous bugs, and asks him how he woke up. He says that he wanted to spare his life, but that he is now the day he will die. The voice says that the smell of the grilled bugs is so fragrant that he wants to know if it suits his taste or not. He asks if the smell suits him, and the voice answers that it does, but he is wondering if the taste suits him. He then asks if he is the only one in the room, and wonders where he is. He sees the voice of li lao, and says that it was the one who was the only person there. He explains that he led him to the place on purpose, for a surprise he had prepared in advance. He warns him not to act so arrogant, for he is out of his league. He also tells him to grab hold of the spider silk if he isn't powerful enough to pull off the rescue. He reminds him that he still wants to rescue Madame Bovary, and not to make him laugh. He is going to die, he says, because he has been mixed up with poisonous bugs. He calls him a "scumbag," and says he cannot take her away, because his consciousness is beginning to blur. He wants to see him, but the voice says he can't see him because he is inside the system, and his body is starting to lose consciousness. He offers to keep him alive, but says he will change back to an ordinary person.
