In this chapter, we learn that the "documents about phantom sky" are a secret of the Eastern Association, and that "the good people" are supposed to unite against the evil powers of the enemy. We also learn that "Hanhao" is not only the son of Fu, but is also a "heroic fighter" who stands "firm against evil" . Fu's father tells us that the documents about "phantom sky" have become a top secret among the people of the East, and if hanhao wants to join them, he must first pass a test in order to gain entrance to the "scripture pavilion" , where martial arts are practiced. The test is simple, and the rules are simple: "formations" are used to advance the martial arts of the master.
