In this chapter, the "pretext" explains that he works for the World Peace Association and that he is aware of how powerful the organization is. However, he feels that his family is more important to him than the "warrior" or the "truth" of the organization. Therefore, he does not want to apologize for his actions. He explains that the sealed room on his dad's old computer is on the 20th-floor of the building. The "management system" that handles the magic of the association is also on the roof. The most likely theory is that it is using "alien technology" or that the seal is "using an alien technology" . The pretext does not see either of these theories. He tells the reader that he has changed a great deal. He says that he wants to be his strength. He wants to know why he is alive. He is not sure, but he knows that a life without memories is strange. He asks the reader to come back and be his friend.
