In the hallway, the demon asks the freesia why she promised to become a warrior. She tells him that she was loved by everyone, but she did not have anyone special to her because she was the only one who could rely on her power. If she died soon, would the demon be able to help her? The demon explains that it is too late for him to return to the owner of the power, and that he should just eat another human being. The demon is glad he has found him. He feels like he is about to die, and he begs the human not to do dangerous things. He tells the human that he has lost his memories, and so he refuses to live under the watch of the warrior. He says that he will never forgive the human for tormenting him and harrasseing him too. The two of them run away, and the demon says he has become a special person to the human.
