This chapter opens with a conversation between the three of them. The three discuss the importance of friendship, and how important it is for them to interact as friends. They discuss the different types of healing powers that can be used to create a new heart, or replace one that has been destroyed. They also discuss the possibility of replacing a heart with a magical tool, and decide that they will not be able to do so, since there is no such thing as a magic tool that can create or replace a heart.
