Lin-feng tells Roxane that he needs her support. He tells her that he will kill her if she does not obey his orders. She is shocked and asks what happened to her lover. He says that he was bewitched again by the snake demon and that she has been using him to distract her. She says that she is still looking for her lover and that he has not been found. She tells him to wake up and she dies.
