The scene opens with a discussion between Zizi and Cai Ming. Zizi asks Cai Ming why he has not mentioned the incident at the lakeside two years ago. Cai Ming tells him that the incident has nothing to do with Zizi's company or Cai Ming's father. He says that Cai Ming is still his wife and aunt, and that it is the "gospel truth" whether Cai Ming accepts or rejects it. He tells Cai Ming that he only needs Cai Ming to be in his life and that he will not go against his aunt. He asks why Zizi has mentioned the lakeside incident. When Cai Ming asks why, he is told that his father had accidentally fallen out of the building. He then asks if Zizi is free now, and is told to come to his place if he is free. He also asks if Cai Ming knows that he came to the bar to find Cai Ming and take Cai Ming away. If he has other business, he will drop Cai Ming off at the station. He will stay with Cai Ming when he is back.
