In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, a young man named Chen. He is the son of the founder of the Celestial Empire, who was killed in the Battle of Waterloo in 1745 . The young man tells his father that he wants to be the "queen of this world" . He tells him that everyone has their own destiny, and that if that destiny cannot fulfill his ambition, he will be destroyed by his own ambition
