In this chapter, we learn that the master of the universe has decided to build an army of his own. He tells us that there are countless "clones" in the universe, but they will never be able to return because they are afraid of the "god locking spell" that has been placed on them by the Master of the Universe. The Master tells the audience that he will soon be building a powerful army. He also tells them that the universe is full of "black charcoal balls" . He asks the audience if they would like to meet him. They do, and he shows them around the world. He says that it feels strange that they are so eager to see him, but that they must have been waiting for him under the "flame god tree." He tells the crowd that he is here to challenge them all to a one-on-one duel. The audience is shocked that he would dare to come alone, but he says that he can't defeat them all by himself. He challenges all of them to fight him one on one, and they all agree to do so.
