In this chapter, we learn that the young master has been studying the laws of space and energy, which he calls the "power law" of the universe. He explains that by understanding all of these laws, one can cultivate the "force of space" . He wonders why he hasn't been able to master these laws himself, and wonders if he's even reached the "king of god" level. Tantai points out that there's a big difference between the power of others and the power cultivated by oneself. The force of others is measured in terms of quantity, the force of quality, the artistic conception, and the divine origin. The fourth process is about spiritual energy. Only a few people have ever reached the fourth process, and they're untouchable.
