In this chapter, we learn that the De Laceys have killed all of their people and destroyed their homeland. The De Lacey's army has killed their parents, their fellow citizens, and destroyed the land they once called home. De Lacey wants to curse them with his life and hopes that they will die without a sign of life. He wants to kill all of them throughout his whole life.
