In this chapter, we learn that the next Emperor of the Holy Land is not a member of the "Blazing Temple," but rather, he is the successor to the throne of Heaven and Earth. This means that he is able to "unify" with the natural laws of the universe and the laws of Heaven. He is also able to do so because of his "friendlyness" and "freethinking" nature, which make him a perfect match for the new Emperor.
