The scene opens with a warning from the Governess that she will be waiting for Fatty at the university's dormitory. She tells him to be careful because she thinks that he is acting weird. Fatty tells her that she smells too good to be true. The Governess tells him not to move because she is so close to her lover. He tells her to sit tight because he wants to see if she will still be worshipped by his friends after this. She invites him to come and sit in the back of the car with her. She asks him why he is not allowed to come in the front door. He tries to argue with her, but she will not argue with him. She says that the restaurant is a fine restaurant and he is allowed to enter if he is dressed properly. He asks why she does not allow him to enter, and she tells him that he should have been wearing a suit, tie, and shoes. He says that he hopes he will come with her
