The doctor explains that the patient is a student at the hospital. He tells the doctor that the girl probably ate some wild fish and that she found many small fish in a reservoir. The doctor asks the girl's classmates if they have the same problem, and the girl says that she does. She asks the doctor how he should treat the patient if something goes wrong, and he tells her that he will be responsible for anything that goes wrong. He says that he learned how to cure internal parasites when he was twelve years old. He shows the doctor a snake, which he says is the first real one he's seen. He explains that he has to put seven needles in the right place at the right time to get rid of the snake's toxins. He gives the doctor one of the needles for free.
