In this chapter, the narrator tells us that he's going to kill himself if he doesn't stop thinking about his sister. He's not going to let her die, he tells us, because she's the only person who taught him how to play the game of volleyball. He also tells us about how his sister's volley coach taught him to pass the ball, and how he'll be the one to teach the next generation of girls how to do the same thing.
