The doctor is worried that the patient won't show up, so he tells Cai that he's not going to let Cai die. He says that Cai hasn't asked for his death yet, but that she's chosen him because he is the most lucrative pawn for cynthia to dispose of. The doctor says that he can go back to Cai anytime, step on him easily, and then give him what he did to him today, and make the pain worse. Cai tells him that her brother, who was the surgeon in the car accident, died a day after Cai's last visit. Cai says that this is a coincidence, and that the man who came to steal the information from the archives stayed on for the longest period of time. Cai wants to replace Cai as the head of the company, and he wants to be the "ultimate authority" instead of being controlled by Cai. Cai explains that Cai is not a "body double," and that Cai will have to leave Cai until Cai achieves his goal.
